FAQs

What are your office opening times?

Our offices in London, Edinburgh and Ipswich all have the same opening times: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Please note, we try to avoid booking meeting rooms or mail collections for 9am because transport can sometimes be unpredictable.

Can I use two different addresses for different services, for example Registered Office Address and Director Service Address?

No. Only one address can be used for combined services.

Can I collect mail from your office?

Yes. All we ask is that you let us know when you are coming in so we can ensure your mail is ready for collection. Mail collection is not available from our 10 Queen Street (Ipswich), 101 Rose Street South Lane (Edinburgh) and 63-66 Hatton Garden (London) offices.

Do you accept parcels?

We accept 1-2 parcels a month, no bigger than a standard shoebox (approx. 35cm x 25cm x 13cm) and no heavier than 2KG at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 85 Great Portland Street and 7 Bell Yard (London), 50 Princes Street (Ipswich) and 64a Cumberland Street (Edinburgh). Parcels larger than a standard shoebox size will not be accepted.
Parcels are NOT accepted at 63-66 Hatton Garden (London), 10 Queen Street (Ipswich) or 101 Rose Street South Lane (Edinburgh).
Parcel Forwarding Fee is £5 each + postal charges.

Will you be opening offices in other locations?

Yes. We are opening more offices in London, Manchester, Cardiff and Gibraltar very soon.
