Who can hire your meeting rooms?

Our meeting rooms are available to both clients and non-clients.
Clients with any of our Virtual Business services can book meeting rooms at a preferred rate via their client portal.
Non-clients are also welcome to hire meeting space at a higher rate by registering and booking through our Skedda system.

How much do you charge for your Meeting Rooms?

At our 50 Princes Street, Ipswich location, we charge the following for our meeting rooms:

Clients:

4-person room – £20 per hour +VAT
6-person room – £30 per hour +VAT
8-person room – £40 per hour +VAT
10-person room – £50 per hour +VAT

Non-clients:

4-person room – £30 per hour +VAT
6-person room – £45 per hour +VAT
8-person room – £50 per hour +VAT
10-person room – £60 per hour +VAT

Clients can book directly through their client portal. Non-clients can register and book through our external booking system.

Are there any minimum time limits on booking a Meeting Room?

Our Meeting Rooms have to be booked for a minimum of 1 hour. There is no maximum time limit. If you would like to book meeting space for multiple days, please let us know.

What times are your meeting rooms available?

Our meeting rooms are available from Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm, excluding bank holidays.

Where are your meeting rooms?

We have two private meeting rooms available for hire at 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1RJ.

How many people can your meeting rooms facilitate?

We have two different-sized private meeting rooms to suit all requirements, comfortably sitting between 4-10 people.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled through the Skedda system. If you need to make changes to an existing booking, please contact our team directly and we’ll do our best to assist you. Cancellation terms may apply.

How do I book a meeting room?

If you’re an existing client with a Virtual Business package, you are eligible to book meeting space, simply log in to your client portal and click on the ‘Meeting Space’ tab. You’ll then be prompted to register and can proceed to book your preferred time slot.
Meeting rooms are now also available to non-clients at a higher rate. If you're a guest, you’ll need to register first via the Skedda system, then follow the steps to make your booking.

What facilities do you offer at your office?

We have contemporary, unbranded meeting rooms available with free WIFI, TV, kitchen and toilet facilities.

Are refreshments available at your office?

We provide free tea & coffee to our clients registered at our 50 Princes Street office. We also have a fully equipped kitchen that you can use.
