Where are your meeting rooms?

We have a range of private, unbranded meeting rooms to suit all requirements available for hire at our Central Edinburgh location:

5 South Charlotte Street, EH2: 3 meeting rooms to seat 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 people

How do I book a meeting room?

If you’re an existing client, simply log in to your client portal and select the ‘Meeting Space’ tab. You’ll be prompted to register, after which you can book your preferred time slot. Clients with our Virtual Business Address or Virtual Business Plus packages also benefit from reduced meeting room rates.

Meeting rooms are now also available to non-clients at a higher rate. If you’re a guest, you’ll need to register first via the Skedda system, then follow the steps to make your booking.

What facilities do you offer at your meeting rooms?

Our meeting room location offers a range of great facilities, including free Wi-Fi, free tea and coffee, kitchen and toilet facilities and modern ergonomic furniture.

How much does it cost to hire a meeting room?

We have a range of private, unbranded meeting rooms to suit all requirements, comfortably seating between four and twelve people.
Rates start from just £20 per hour (+VAT) for clients with a Virtual Business package.
Non-clients are also welcome to book, with rates starting from £30 per hour (+VAT) depending on the room size and location.

What times are your meeting rooms available?

Our meeting rooms are available from Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm, excluding bank holidays.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled through the Skedda system. If you need to make changes to an existing booking, please contact our team directly and we’ll do our best to assist you. Cancellation terms may apply.
