By default, your official mail will be scanned daily and securely uploaded to your dedicated client portal at no additional cost. Let us know how you would like your mail to be sent via your admin panel and we will follow these instructions.
If you require a hard copy of a letter that has been scanned, please notify us within two weeks of the upload date via your client portal. We will forward the original to your mailing address for a fee of £0.50 plus postage per item.

  We charge £20.00 +VAT for our four-space meeting room, £40.00 +VAT for our eight-space meeting room and £60.00 per hour +VAT for our twelve-space meeting room.
• 50 Princes Street, IP1 (Ipswich): 3 meeting rooms to seat 8 or 10 people
  We charge £40.00 +VAT for our eight-space meeting rooms and £50.00 per hour +VAT for a ten-space meeting room.

• Letters at £0.50 per item + Royal Mail 1st class postal charges.
• Parcels at £5 per item + Royal Mail Tracked postal charges.
